Four individual Party Pavilions are located adjacent to the Irvine Park Railroad. These Pavilions are excellent for events including birthday parties, company picnics, family reunions, church groups and fundraiser events.

Maximum capacity is 80 people per Pavilion or a combined 200 people for two adjacent Pavilions.

Each Pavilion is equipped with two built in barbeques, electricity, water and eight shade-covered picnic tables.

Train rides, pony rides, parking and restrooms are all conveniently located next to the Party Pavilions. In addition, The Orange County Zoo, Bike Rentals and Paddleboat Rentals are all a short 5 minute walk away.

Each Pavilion rents for $175.00 for the entire day and must be paid in full prior to your day’s event. For your convenience you may reserve your Pavilion over the phone.

Party Pavilions rent on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly suggest you reserve this spot a minimum of six months in advance to ensure the date of your choice. Party Pavilions are not reserved until we have received payment in full.
